Special Theory of Relativity.
What is it? ...and how does it prove time travel is possible?

Well, thanks, but the only reason I login to GF, is so that I may be spoon-fed all the answers from people in the upper levels.
Understanding peoples opinions and reasons is my joy:)
If everyone plucked their heads out of their asses, they would not post on forums, because they'd be too busy studying.
btw, no offence intended, I'm also part of the above.

Einstein...Relativity???Hellooooooo?
If you imbibe a relatively high number of alcoholic drinks, buy a relatively cheap umbrella and spin it between your hands relatively quickly for a relatively long enough period of time you pass out and wake up with no memories and it's relatively later!
Time Travel!

Einstein was a genius!!there just has to be more then that...
What is gravity...why do any two masses have attraction towards each other??

I have got to try that, in fact I still have some left over wine and beer:) Does the size of the umbrella matter katy?If you imbibe a relatively high number of alcoholic drinks, buy a relatively cheap umbrella and spin it between your hands relatively quickly for a relatively long enough period of time you pass out and wake up with no memories and it's relatively later!

Well, yes, there is more to relativity than that. However, it does not prove time travel. Look at the links Victor provided.MindExpansion wrote:Einstein was a genius!!there just has to be more then that...
afaik, we actually don't have an answer to this one. What is gravity...why do any two masses have attraction towards each other??
Yep, the bigger the better. And if you can get one with different colored triangles next to eachother it's even better.I have got to try that, in fact I still have some left over wine and beer:) Does the size of the umbrella matter katy?

a grave question
For that, you have to move beyond special relativity to the General Theory of Relativity. What is gravity...why do any two masses have attraction towards each other??

This answers so many questions. Please don't write. Stay tooned folks, I'll write something 'nice' later...Or don't, I may only confirm your beliefs, resulting from my past pathetic attemps...
Thanks people, for wasting your time to fullfill mine...Yes Katy, even you, you little vampire you:)- btw, should I get one of those beach umbrellas, with the colourful swirls?...What if I hook it up to a 200 hp motor? (That way, I may actually travel 'into' the future!)
