Difference in the "inner life" between males and females

Post by sydney83 »

Hi All,

I'm new to posting in this forum but I've read some of the post made recently, thought I'd say hello.

The subject of wisdom is important to me, it's somewhat of a paradox although, it seems to understand the absolute the path is subjective rather than objective. To find wisdom one needs to deconstruct their own thoughts "things" no understand "no-thing", which brings to mind the subject-object relationship.

This forum caught my eye due to it's discussion of masculine and feminine in relation to wisdom.

I was listening to a audio presentation associated with this website which discussed how men and women have a different "inner life", I was wondering if any members on this board and further elaborate on this point.

Apologies if I don't respond right away as it's quite late in my part of the world, but I would really like to hear your opinions.

They look to be different responses or coping strategies to the situation:

It's a dangerous World.

Masculine looks at the dangerous World,
'from the Grandstand'.
Reflectively, contemplatively,
breaking the mecanno set down into constituents.

Feminine lives 'on the court',
concerned about feelings,
trying to soothe, calm, make placid.
bring it under her control.
Mother Hen.

Integration is possible.

Denis you mentioned "Integration is possible", but is it necessary.

It just so happens,
that when the algebra is in place,
compassion kicks in,
causality at play.

So we have integration.

The purest form of 'feminine' integrated in the purest form of 'masculine'.

A possibility of form.
A possibility for human being.

i'm skeptical on whether we can ever truly know how each sex differs in their inner lives for our outer lives are far too influential on who we are. society plays a role inevitably in all aspects of our lives, inner our outer.

am i a man because i have a penis, or because society knows i have a penis?
