Wow, Donna, I think you just made the Guinness Book of Records for ways to be wrong in a single post. You are living proof of the folly of belief in intuition.

And just to clarify something regarding the original point of this thread: when you look up at the object in the sky we refer to as "the sun", where exactly do you believe that object to be?

GodsDaughter says: My intuition wasn't involved in that Dan, it was my decision to believe my way is the correct way, not any educational way, because educational way isn't always correct. You need to look at Grammar structure Danny boy, because my way in the correct way! You're forcing me to look for my Strunk & Wagner sentence structure/grammar/punctuation book and right now I don't know where it is, and I don't feel like looking for it.

GodsDaughter says: I know the word too also means also. You said, "Kunga is too smart to be female" that is the same as saying Kunga is also smart to be female. Regardless if you disagree Danny boy, I am right!
The correct way to say it is Kunga is to smart to be female, which just implies Kunga is male, or Kunga is smarter than women. I am right!

GodsDaughter says: Inside earth, otherwise how could the sun penetrate through earth? Or it indicates that the earth is hollow everywhere the sun shines through.

GodsDaughter says: Here too is an error, you say it should read "Kunga, you're too smart to be female" but, it is right this way, Kunga you're to smart to be female. Your way says "Kunga, you're 'also' smart to be female" it doesn't make sense, because too means also too! It changes the question entirely your way.
Donna, please pay attention. I am merely telling you facts about English usage. Please do not argue about this - by all means, argue about other things. No one said English is without its contradictions or ambiguities. Nonetheless, there is proper usage and improper usage. I am just trying to get you - a "writer" - to observe proper usage. My correction made you meaning unambiguous - that is all. BTW - Kunga is indeed female. It is not always necessary to have a person drop trou in order to ascertain gender!
To Dan, Donna wrote:You're forcing me to look for my Strunk & Wagner sentence structure/grammar/punctuation book and right now I don't know where it is, and I don't feel like looking for it.
Invest in a Chicago Manual of Style. Keep it where you're not going to lose it.

Dan is merely attempting the difficult task og getting someone to see the CLEARLY OBVIOUS.
GodsDaughter says: Inside earth, otherwise how could the sun penetrate through earth? Or it indicates that the earth is hollow everywhere the sun shines through.
Most of the sun's emissions DO NOT penetrate the Earth. The sun does not, in other words, "shine through" the earth. If it did, there would never be night time. Have you considered that...?

Also, the reference book you are referring to is "Strunk & White." You are evidently confusing it with "Funk & Wagnalls," which is just a dictionary, not a usage text.

Yeah, Donna. Pay attention to this guy with his three misspellings. See underlined above.

He needs IEspell.

And his word couchings:

Either this is another fuck-wadery question for the "lulz" or you want to discuss the importance of the earths molten core to the surface dwelling life?

If you are going to be so clever, at least try to be correct. IEspell would not have caught the word you in my post, since it is a usage error, not a misspelling. Also, trou is exactly what i intended to write. Colloquialisms are permitted. And what is wrong with the "couching" you cite above? And who is samadhi?

Your willing to accept the very low probability that you are correct, whilst ignoring scientific extrapolation that has suggested what the core almost certainly consists of?

Why the term "core". You are already 100% certain er, 'almost certainly'...

The Earth's mass can be determined from the period of the Moon's orbit and the distance between the Earth and the Moon. Discounting the atmosphere and oceans as being relatively insignificant in mass, the average density of the Earth is determined by dividing the mass by the volume. This density is about 5.52 g/cc. The density of basalt is about 3.3g/cc., so something more dense than basalt has to be postulated to account for the difference. Since the Earth has a magnetic field, and iron, with a density of 7.87 g/cc, is the most common magnetic material we know, it is the first choice to account for the "discrepancy". Progressively newer and more refined systems of "exploration" have only served to reinforce this notion. The discovery that iron is the most stable of all elements (excepting hydrogen) pretty much guaranteed that the original assumption was right.

They reckon that light takes around 200,000 years to reach the surface of the sun, from where it is generated in the core by fussion, and around 8 minutes to get to the earth...and they can tell what elements the light passed by/through by the structure of that light, depending on where the gaps are in the light spectrum.

I like science for its little titbits like that.

Yes, that is how we judge stellar densitys. Parallax gives us distances, we can learn so much about how the cosmos is evolving, it's quite beautifull.

So with this in mind who can answer my question?
It was sometime in the mid 1970s, (at that time in space) my job had us living in a suburb of Richmond, VA .. it was a Tuesday a 'friend' asked, "You wanna go up this weekend?" Said, "I'll have to clear it with the girlfriend." I walked to a pay phone, dropped in a dime, ring ring. "Uh, honey? Jimmy and Louise (last name redacted) are having a house warming this weekend and it'll be a day trip with a 4 am breakfast dropping before sunrise..."

She said, "Am I invited?" "Of course, my lovely love," I returned. We made all the preliminaries for the kids to spend Friday & Saturday night with friends.

Jimmy and his wife still have that 40 acre working farm outside Richmond (haven't touched bases with them for a good 3 years now) but they are like down home folk and always will be.

It was a wonderful trip of time.

Donna Thompson and I go back to 2002. She has psychiatric issues (gets a shot in the butt every month) she's described her chaotic nature. She's going through "the change of life" that women do. My girlfriend did also, makes for some very real life difficulties on 'the road of life'. But, the bumps on that road eventually are travelled over then you step on the gas, again.

By natural design, women have to endure a limited flowering period, then a slow death occurs (the moon's occulting). The blossom wilts, then dies and drops into the soil.

Her's was a different childhood where her father was molesting her. Girl's act out when they leave that stage behind and get out into the real world which is just more of the same trauma with no one there to catch her when she falls. Think about that when you resubscribe for the next year of Playboy magazine..

For Donna, a couple abortions have done her a bit different. Not everyone goes "guilt free" after these procedures to murder within the body confine.

You know, guys have their monthly cycle, too. Only ours is guided by the solar winds. Deny all you want to, human biology is not a transitive noun.

What happened to me as a child is none of anyones business!

ToyingWithYou says: Tomas why are you spreading shit around, check your motives, how does it benefit you to spread my personal private business around to others. I made an error when I first came to this site years ago and opened myself up truthfully to pinheads. I didn't do that so pinheads could carry it on and on and throw it in my face like a fuc king pinhead would do. Please have the respect for me and keep your mouth closed about my personal business. If you knew I were a private person you'd respect that wouldn't you?

Oh, and by calling someone a fuc king pinhead or denounce them as they deserve doesn't mean I have psychiatric issues, you are mistaken! I was told by the Doctor's office that I am taking a vitamin B shot in my butt, that is all.

If you think I have psychiatric issues over what my father done to me as a child, you're mistaken again. I was to smart a kid to let anything bother me. I told you if you'd read what I said, you'd know my father never hurt me. I never saw his peni s, he didn't put it near me. He only touched me which I hated, but what I hate more is having to defend myself to pinheads, so please have some respect for me if you dare have the audacity to call me your friend, then act like it and keep my personal very private business to yourself. It's non of anyones business Tomas, so why make it their business?

You used my private information to excuse me for my behavior, I don't need any excuses what-so-ever to express myself. I don't follow others, I say it like it is, I hold nothing back, my word is worthy. People or i mean pinheads are so quick to pin a psychiatric lable on someone. And the pinhead Psyches are getting paid to lable people with a lifetime mental illness while their fuc king drugs are creating future murderers.

Hi Donna - How many times have I said it here? Tomas the Tank Engine is a gossip. He offers nothing in the way of ideas or perspective. He thinks he senses a weakness or a fault, he slinks in. He'll be the infection in an open wound, his words are just pus. He'll shake your hand while he picks your pocket with the other. He accused me of mistreating you - yet as soon as he thinks you are banned from this forum, he talks trash about you behind your back. Fucking piece of shit weasel, but everybody here knows that.
