Yeah typically, some twelve year old girl sends a naked image of herself to a classmate she likes, the recipient gets caught with child pornography on his cell phone, marked for life he is, possibly effecting future job prospects and his entire life really. The horrors of a court trail are often in there somewhere.

No, I mean rapists. In the majority of cases, the evidence is clear.

I don't know. Statistically, most rapists are African-American. I don't know where they live or more than that. I was sort of making light of Mel Gibson's recent statements, because he articulated what most people were afraid to say. However, while that is true, it's not the whole of the situation -- social decay also makes rapists, in addition to the evolutionary branching effect.
