Music vs. Silence

U.G. Krishnamurti said he preferred the barking of a dog or the grunting of a pig to music--he says they have more life. I can dig that, but I gotta have my Sage Francis (check it out sevens, if you dig on Deltron, look up Sage.)

Ah but we all know silence is supreme, meditation might simply a thorough appreciation for the music of silence (which, as we know, is never silent)

Fox,

Just bought 'Healthy Distrust.' Still haven't digested it all - his beats and flow are too jagged, at the moment. In my mind, nobody approches Del and his manifold style. It seems that Sage is great for breaking walls of delusion and darkness - with a mighty tongue, and a golden syllable. But, Del glides through the air - circumnavigating all ignorance and strife, with a freefall flow. I hear both as equally potent, and purposeful.
