He Intervened and I Lost Out on My Rightful Compensation

I was 14 years old when I fell down a flight of restaurant stairs, stairs that my girlfriend had fallen down just before I did, in fact I left the booth in the restaurant because I heard what sounded like someone falling down the stairs, so I investigated, in which I found my girlfriend lying at the bottom of the stairs in pain, so I went to take the first step down to help her, and I came tumbling down the stairs myself. I was seriously hurt.

I went to see my Doctor, in which he diagnosed that my tail-bone was severely cracked almost broken. He presented to me a set of papers for my father to sign, papers to legally sue this restaurant. Through my father's ignorance, and refusal to sign the papers, I was denied my rightful compensation of an injury to my person.

My father used the excuse that the restaurant was Mafia owned and trouble would come his way he thought. So because of what he thought, I lost out on what rightfully should have been mine. I was 14 years old, I should have had the right to sign those papers myself. I'm not permitted to sign the papers myself, but yet I am forced to live with an injury inflicted upon me without compensation.

If that restaurant were still there and owned by the same family, it would bring me pleasure and compensation if I could still sue for damages for an injury to my spinal cord that still causes me discomfort to this day. Back then it was evident the top stair was crooked on a slant, not likely the same restaurant in the same condition is still there, we're talking over 35 years ago.

Here is a list of people I contemplated suiing

-My father for violating my privacy and rights, and invading upon my private territory. (he's off the hook, he's dead)

-The restaurant for my injury. (never will happen, that was over 35 years ago.

-The school board for not providing for my special needs to obtain my education. (never will happen)

-The Ministry of Child Development for their incompetencies in dealing with a delicate family matter involving a special needs child. (not only have I contemplated suiing these three evil women, but I also contemplated writing a book revealing truths.
