Simple Olympic Poem

Olympic Olympic you know who you are
You're part of your country you are the star
You entertain us and earn us Gold
We're proud of you all, this must be told
Your daily routine involves great skill
Phenomenal skiers grooving downhill
Practice makes perfect, here's to you!
Ice dancers, snowboarders we're proud too!
The whole world's watching our hero's in snow
You have our attention we support you so
Your worth is immeasurable, a valuable claim
We carry the torch and lit the flame
We love you We love you, united we are
Our world of atheletes the stars by far

The boy stood on the burning deck,
A pocket full of crackers.
One fell down between his legs,
And blew off both his knackers.

Mensa says:

The poor wee lad
No child can he bare
All over some fun of a boy
His toy is gone, all is lost
He'll never ever feel joy

Joy is the wee lass across the way
The lad she did some fancy
But, never again for this dualing match
For now she must go prancy

Sorrow falls upon his head
She thinks it funny instead
From his words she created
The two of them were devastated

Who really gives a ratsy ass
Not me she said with little class
He lost his toy, the poor boy
Never again will he feel Joy

Joy split the scene, for greener lay
She'll never ever forget that day
Poor boy he lost his toy to play
And lost his Joy that's what they say

But, then again she'll rhyme again
Freedom reigns in those who win
The speech of freedom is her right
The writer within is her might
She speaks the vision in her eye
Divinity is the eagle's cry
The nature of this quiet spirit
The song she sings she must rear it

Gentle is the quiet song
Brazen one when she is strong
Corruption reigns in the minds of fools
Killers and molesters are Satans mules
Freedom of speech is all in fun
Leave the dirt out it doesn't belong

Nothing
has been the same
in the universe
before or since
the arrival
of
I, Prince

I is one part of the whole I, the whole I consists of it's many I's. I exist individually but not independently of the whole I. It is impossible to be independent of the whole I. Independent would be alien to whole I and all it's I's.

Anything independent from the whole I, would be alien to it. I is related to and reliant on all other I's, together they form the whole I, but individually, one is I.

Babble babble, oh psycho babble, it's all psycho babble to me, that was a line from Alan Parsons album Eye In The Sky.

Have always loved the song Eye in the sky, by the Alan Parsons Project.

I am Prince, and I am all that is. The I is both singular and all-encompassing.

Yes, I love the album The Alans Parsons Project, I have it, it's light green in color. I forgot to add the word 'rap' in that line. There's still lots of people listening to their record albums, but, I don't, my music is all downloaded from Lime Wire and 350 Share Pro.

Psycho babble, oh psycho babble, it's all psycho babble rap to me.

I am the eye in the sky, lookin at you, I could read your mind

I am the maker of rules, dealing with fools, I could cheat you blind

I love the talent of Queen also. Two of my favorite male vocalists are Billy Joel and Rod Steward. I love music. MaDonna has great tunes also, I had two dreams I was partying with MaDonna, it was fabulous. Enya is one of my favorite female vocalists, along with Blondie. I like the Beatles, Eagles, The Doors, Jefferson Airplane, Jeff Healy, Samatha Fox, Eric Burton, Neil Diamond, and so many more.

Oh, my phones ringing....it's Eric Linden inviting me to go for a coffee with him, the guys about 65 years old with a great white beard, at one time not to long ago, he was my poetry partner...

The winter Olympics, limpid with snow
draws out the rabble and nationalist crows
hypocritical flag-waving, contra-identical throes
"Don't think about it!, just watch the show!"
