Is Nano-Technology being used in Humans Presently, if not will it ever be?

The first use for nanotechnology is for robots to travel through veins to clean up blood or something. The technology has been available for about 15 years, but none of the researchers have had time to work on it, because they are stuck doing other things.

The microchip is a prime example. It is just starting to come under general use after testing on animals, inmates, and military recruits. Its function is to control people.

Indeed, for the controllers. For the designers of future society. Whether or not their plan succeeds will be decided shortly.

I had no idea Nano Technologies function is to control people. How will it control people?
I am so interested in Nano Technology. Imagine people being controlled by robotic apparatuses in their blood stream.
