Teleportation???Discovered??

Post by RcGenius »

If at 40mph it takes one hour to reach a city 40 miles away and at 80 mph it take 30 minutes then at 120 mph would it in fact take 0 seconds to reach the city and be considered teleportation???

Only in a universe in which no-one knows how to do math, which is apparently the one you inhabit.

Just think for a few seconds...
Teleporting means to move objects, by using a certain technology, from one point to another.
It has nothing to do with time.

I don't want to be mean, but before making a question and using a whole thread for it.
You could at least look up the definition of the thing you are asking about.

RcGenius (and I suspect he misspelled his real alias McGenius) may have his strong suit, but it is not math, as Dan indicated. At 120mph it would take 20 min, not 0 sec.

No misspelling, I've come across the alias, RcGenius, a fellow (Clayton Grassick)
out of Manitoba, Canada that uses that handle.

And then, there's another RcGenius that attends a Pennsylvania Community College, who aspires to become a wooden coaster builder/designer for CGI. http://www.themeparkcritic.com/Profile/?ViewID=4653
That'd be a roller coaster designer, for short.

Well, well, lookie here >> Monster Trucks?
Here's another rcgenius >> http://monster.traxxas.com/showthread.php?t=45705

Into YouTube videos?
Here's another RcGenius :-)
Bicycle races: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCdqcA1J53s

Finally, there's another character named Alex Jacob, who transformed (teleported)
him/herself into a Talking Ass. Who wouldda thunk :-/

Soar little Weisenheimer .. Soar like an eagle!
Dumb and dumber - birds of a feather flock together...............

PS - Perhaps McGenius has been on one too many a roller coaster
and done did teleported hisself to Genius Forums.
Hisself >> http://www.thefreedictionary.com/hisself

Roller coasters - what a beautiful choice!

At 144,000,000,000,000 MPH you could get there in a nanosecond.

Unfortunately the speed of light constant is only 670,616,629.4 MPH

Teleportation requires logical thinking, Not just mathmatical equation. Even so, It seems that somebody in this post may be lacking both.

Time is incremental teleportation. Transformation of being. Continuity physically parallels continutity (the Son).

At 120 m/h it would take 1/3 of an hour to reach the destination, 20 minutes.

The illogical conclusion that you can get to places instantaneously at 120 miles per hour is laughable.

All 3 answers are teleportation, that's exactly how all things move anyway... well as solids anyway.
