Dan, please keep your word

Post by Unidian » Wed Feb 27, 2013 8:17 pm

At long last, please narrate "Freedom, Capitalism, and Work" with your magic radio voice.

The video version,: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6B91GnwX3Po

The text: https://sites.google.com/site/jdquirk/a ... capitalism

I'm counting on you to narrate this, to replace the computer-generated voice I used.

If I was in a position to do that I'd still be making Men of the Infinite videos. Sadly, I'm not in that position. I have no idea when that might change. If it does, I'll do it.

It was very good narrating I must say, and sorry to hear that Dan, remember, eventually, we will all pass, but it will be like sleeping then waking. Nothing at all to fear.

Thanks Dan. I hope that will be the case. Are you having some trouble speaking?

Oh, no, speech isn't an issue; that was only a problem for the period the stroke was actually happening. It's just that where I'm staying I can't get any proper "quiet time" to record.

Oh, I see. Good to hear that speech isn't an issue. Are you living somewhere noisy now?

I'm living with the woman who looked after me post-stroke. Her circumstances are difficult. Recording either in the day or night would disturb her and that's a problem. Long story. Will PM you.
