Then I just gotta say:
While snuggled in the depths of doona, motionless, the realization of thirst grows. After awhile thirst grows strong (conflict). Eventually, movement. Life as the compounded body moves. The body moves to find water. Enough of being thirsty. The body naturally seeks balance, the state of being no reflection of movement, when no component dominates.
Attention freed from maintaining attachments naturally points awareness towards balance, and the continuing balancing process of the universe. Undistracted attention pointing awareness towards awareness, continuous mindfulness, revealing the stillness present in all movement.
