you will always run into the 'snooty'. i think arrogance is the most abundant 'resource' in our world. far greater than modesty, sympathy, understanding, acceptance, and so forth.

Hi Tomas I've actually been contemplating giving the weed up altogether cold turkey, but it leaves me with no euphoria feeling if I give it up entirely. I don't like what it's doing to my memory, but what do I do, have no memory or have no euphoria feeling? That's what it boils down to if I give up...

there is no essential definition to success. i also can't imagine progress really in relation to society's view on success. progress assumes we are getting closer to our final goal. would our final goal be true happiness? or is our finale just simply death? if it is, one cannot progress toward death...

isn't all potential infinite? if it's viewed as finite; it's just a view, not a fact. infinite in this context being that which the end cannot be predicted.

man has created god in such a way that god created man.
we are men of thought, and god is a thought of man. god is human's way of trying to reason with their perceived finality in their lifetime. the definitions after that vary as much as human beings.

I'd honestly like to see those amongst us who tout their IQ complete this test and upload the results graphic to a website where we can observe their test results. People like Prince or Mensa-Maniac who tout superior intelligence. Of course, its only a test of pattern recognition abilities and not ...

i think your imagination is confined until you take the drugs. it opens 'the doors' to greater experiences. i just feel we can achieve this without the aid of drugs. they're not enlightening really, it's just looking at the world differently. seeing blue as red and walls as water. humans enjoy escap...

it would be the exact opposite of ego. it's just a matter of opinion and how you view the meaning of 'purpose'. i don't want to be bound by this 'purpose', feeling obligated to fulfill it. i just think spontaneity arises from lack of obligation.

as studied, test results such as an iq test could vary by up to 30 from one week to the next. i find this gap being pretty large, but i understand that test scores do depend largely on your strength of the subject area, mood at the time, attention, and other shit.

this discussion reminds me of what jim morrison lived by, to an extent. it's what he claimed to live by, but other inner-issues were also very prevalent in his extensive drug use and eventual death. i feel he went at it half-heartedly and liked the high more than the enlightenment. another obstacle ...

i guess purpose and meaning can be viewed differently.
i just think it would be better to know there is no purpose than to believe there is a purpose and never seeing it. it will just lead to disappointment.
